GEMS UIS Celebrating Badminton Excellence

We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of our talented student Joel Jino at the recently held 'Universal & Nurture UAE Badminton Gold Junior Championship 2023' at Abu Dhabi. His phenomenal win as the U-17 Doubles Champion has made GEMS UIS immensely proud!

Another huge round of applause for him for securing the position of Second Runner-Up in the U-19 Singles category. His determination and sportsmanship were evident throughout the competition, setting a stellar example for aspiring badminton enthusiasts.

It was an encouraging experience to witness Joel demonstrating ACPs of Meta-Thinking-Self-Regulation and VAAs of Practice and Perseverance.
